I have been training with Vinny for 3 years now and it is the best thing I have done for my health. In recent times, I had become overweight and unfit due to a combination of poor diet, little exercise and subsequently the birth of my son. I have always been a member of a gym but would lack motivation and would always find excuses not to go. When I did go I never gave 100% to my workouts.  I found training alone tedious and boring. When I trained with friends I found all I did was gossip. After my son was born I joined the gym and began training myself. I was losing weight and feeling good but still found training a hard slog. After 3 months of training myself I decided to try a personal trainer to help give me extra push and motivation I needed to achieve my goals.  During my initial assessment with Vinny we talked about my personal goals, Areas I want to work on and improve etc. Vincent is really friendly, easy to talk to and has a great personality. He made me feel completely at ease (even during the awkward measuring stage!) My first session with Vinny was unlike any workout I have ever had. It was a lot of fun but was really hard and made me realise how unfit I was. It also made me more determined to train harder and get to a level of fitness I would be happy with.  Since that initial workout I have had a PT session with Vinny at least once a week for 3 months. Its great training with Vinny he pushes me to do my absolute best and always give 100% He makes our sessions versatile and fun. I am never bored when we are training together. I always look forward to our sessions as I know I am going to be pushed to my limit and be all the better for it. It’s apparent that Vinny loves what he does and cares about you as a client and wants you to achieve your goals just as much as you do.   Since training with Vinny I have started to achieve my goals, I am fitter, I have lost weight, become more active, toned up but most of all I have enjoyed working out.  I have formed the opinion that Vincent is an outstanding trainer and I will continue to work with him to achieve my goals and would recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape and have a good time doing it.

Vincent is an inspirational trainer and throughout the year he has listened to our individual concerns and aims and tailored our training programs to meet them. Our once a week sessions are hard-work but we always leave feeling amazing and enthusiastic about the next session.


Vinny is an extremely knowledgeable trainer which has allowed each session to be varied, challenging, but most of all fun which has maintained our enthusiasm. Before training with Vinny Shannon and I were attending regular gym classes but were not seeing results and although we thought we had a healthy diet it soon became evident that we had to make some changes. Vinny gaveus some great advice about diet and nutrition and healthy eating plans, which really have worked.


We have made great progress over the last 8 months, our body shape has changed considerably and we are now training at a level that we didn’t think possible! Vinny’s enthusiasm is infectious and his training technique inspires confidence and self-belief. We couldn’t have achieved our goals without Vinny and that is why we have consistently gone back to train with him.


Training with Vinny has raised our self-esteem and confidence. His patience, skill and understanding have helped us lose weight and tone up and we now we have more energy to enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle.

Sessions are tailored to my ability!

I have been training with Vincent since January 2012. The sessions are tailored to my ability and designed to challenge me while achieving my goals. Having a trainer is far more effective for me than just going to the gym. Vincent pushes me in terms of ability and I use equipment I would never use if I went on my own. Knowing that my technique is constantly monitored to ensure there is no risk of injury I feel far more confident. Training with a partner of a similar age and ability with similar goals is a great way of pushing yourself and comparing results. We work really hard but always find the sessions enjoyable and manage to have a laugh! ALISON B

One of the best decisions I have made!

Having attended a variety of his classes run at my local gym, myself and a friend decided to try weekly P.T sessions with Vinnie to take our fitness to the “next level”.

This was one of the best decisions I have made as in the past 9 months since I started training with Vinnie on a one to one basis my fitness level has improved dramatically. I have toned up those stubborn areas previously impervious to exercise and my strength and stamina have improved greatly. During this time I have pushed boundaries which I had not thought possible and look and feel better than I have done in years.

Training with Vincent and Jess has helped me achieve my weight loss and fitness goals. I have been training with them for the past year and I haven’t looked back.

Made my special day even more special

I was getting married and was not very happy about the shape of my body. I wanted to look and feel my best for my special day. I had been attending a few of Vincent’s classes but decided I needed that extra guidance, support and motivation. So I decided to take up personal training with Vincent. Best decision I could of ever had made. I have lost inches, weight and saw my body fat drop while at the same time I have never felt fitter. I still train with Vincent a year on to maintain my shape and definition. Best of all, I now know what I should and should not be eating. He has changed my whole lifestyle to a more active and healthier one. Thanks for making my special day even more special.

My husband and I have been training with Vincent for over 2 years and we are both really happy with both the training and the results we have achieved! We started off, a couple in our thirties, at very different levels of fitness. Luke hadn’t exercised in a while and was quite exercise phobic whereas I was quite fit from regular activity. We wanted to train together and Vincent has been fantastic at tailoring the sessions to meet both our needs. The sessions are fun and enjoyable and always include a mixture of activities. It’s certainly never boring! You can tell that with each session, our fitness and strength are improving. The sessions have dramatically improved both of our fitness levels. Luke has lost a lot of weight and we have both lost a considerable amount of body fat and most importantly inches. We feel brilliant because of the changes we have made thanks to Vincent’s training and advice. He is at all times supportive whilst pushing us to reach our potential.



IVinny at Enhance Health and Fitness is an excellent PT. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and always puts your health - both physical and mental - first. Sessions are great fun with lots of variety, I always look forward to my sessions! Vinny also keeps you accountable and supports you throughout your journey with easy to sick to plans that compliment your training with him. For his experience and talent, for a PT Vinny is very reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for more!
