Sessions can be delivered outdoors, at home or in a fully kitted gym.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training can also be delivered in small groups of 2- 3 people. This is great for individuals that want to buddy with a friend or partner for that extra support and motivation. Group training is also fantastic for socialising and is a great money saver as it brings down the individual price of a session. Our trainers will design every session specifically based on your levels and goals.

A variety of sessions will be delivered with fun and effective workouts incorporating team effort with your training partners. Our qualified trainers will help you and your training partner achieve results together for an overall big team effort. Here at Enhance Health and fitness we understand that regular private sessions cannot always be affordable or necessary for every client that we support. Some individual may just need some structure or plans in place to achieve their goals. So if this is you. Then we suggest trying our program design support plan.

1 off personal session: £35 

1 personal session a month + online access  + online training platform only  £75 a month

Group Personal Training (2-4 people)

Group session discounts are available for semi-private training.
