Senior Health Trainer

Working in the health and fitness industry for over a decade has helped me to gain a large amount of experience working with a variety of people, all with different goals.

I have worked with clients in areas such as weight loss, sport specific training and exercise referral, as I am also fully qualified in providing exercise for GP referral, obesity, diabetic and cardiac rehab patients.

I believe that using a variety of different exercise techniques, including indoor and outdoor sessions and following a healthy eating plan can help anyone in their quest for weight loss.

By finding the best exercise strategy for each individual and creating a weight management program specific to the client, I know I can help set you on the right path to success.
