What is Group PT- Just PURE FITNESS PLAN

Our Stockport Group Personal Training is the acumination of over a decade of working as a personal trainer specialising in taking your body and fitness to the next level. The Just Pure Fitness plan concept  has been tried and teste on many members from all walks of life that are looking to get themselves to the next level and improve overall health and performance.

Having worked in a variety of fitness roles, I have had first -hand experience of witnessing the success and failures of thousands of members striving for the body and fitness that their effort deserves.

The Just Pure Fitness Plan aims on educating and motivating everyone to achieve that healthier, fitter, leaner, stronger and more functional body that will make everyday living so much more enjoyment.

Achieving a leaner, healthier, stronger and increased fitness level is much more than just waking up in the morning and attending your local fitness class. There are many different physical, psychological and nutritional elements that play a major role in achieving this. The Just Pure Fitness Plan is like no other plan being run at your local fitness facility. Your Training will be educational, building lean muscle; dropping excess body fat, feel healthier, more energised and most of all take your body and fitness to its next level.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY TO DO THE JPF PLAN?

Simply put No. This plan is aimed for individuals that may be looking to take their fitness to the next level.  No experience is required if attending group sessions with Enhance health & fitness trainers. If unsure please contact us

DO I NEED TO  ATTEND THE GROUP SESSIONS? 

The JPF plan can be completed on your own online with booklet or if in area of and looking for guidance and ultimate push you can also attend small group sessions in your local area.

HOW  LONG SHOULD I DO THIS PLAN?

The plan is structured to follow for 12 weeks in which you will see an improvement in body composition, fitness and strength.

HOW DOES THE EATING PLAN WORK?

No counting calories just learn to eat smarter, healthier and more to feel stronger, be fitter, look better and feel great.

Group Personal Training

 

Group sessions delivered around Stockport  (Heaton Moor,Heaton Chapel,Reddish area). Exercise sessions are 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Sessions are still personal as we purposely only train between 1-6 clients to ensure that personal touch and focus on technique, intensity and motivation are kept to the highest standard.

Cant make our Group sessions delivered around Stockport .  Why not join our online personal training platform. Exercise sessions will be set up for you to follow online with exercise videos of sessions to ensure that personal touch and focus on technique, intensity and motivation are kept to the highest standard.
