What is the EHAF ACADEMY 

Personal training  and weight loss online coaching  across Manchester and Stockport including: Heaton moor, Reddish, Heaton Chapel, Cheadle, Cheadle Hulme, Romiley, Hazel Grove, Edgeley and Hazel Grove

Over the years working in the leisure industry it came apparent to me that the majority of members attending the gym just don’t achieve the results that they deserve. Too often I have seen members leaving their fitness centres without achieving the success that inspired them to join in the first place. Let’s be honest, the majority of individuals that are participating in physical activity are working towards weight loss and a healthier and fitter lifestyle.

This is where the EHAF Academy  comes into play. Having worked with clients from a variety of fitness levels, I have witnessed the joy of success and the sadness of failure.  I don’t claim to say that weight loss will be easy but with the right educational and lifestyle  plan, you will be half way to the body and health that you desire and deserve.

The EHAF Academy aims to bring forward an easy to follow concept. This includes making weight loss fun and enjoyable, whilst improving your general health and fitness. Educating and inspiring our readers and members onto a weight loss and active lifestyle journey.

Not only will you learn what to eat but also learn a variety of exercises to participate in at home, gym or outdoors. What can I expect from my Slim Beginnings?

Slim Beginnings is a manageable, enjoyable lifestyle change. You will learn about nutrition, food choices, exercises and how other diets fail to achieve the long lasting weight loss you deserve. As you adapt to your new regime, you will discover new recipes, cooking methods and flavours. Many of us are guilty of eating the same thing week after week – We encourage exciting changes in the meals you cook, whilst still maintaining your old favourites! If you aren't a habitual exerciser, you will feel your fitness levels rocket!  Within a few weeks, everyday tasks will feel easier.   You won't feel tired during the day and you will have energy levels you haven't had before; in many ways, you will feel 10 years younger! When you really get to grips with the meal planning and cooking, you will drop 3-7lbs within the first week.  Within a month you may have lost up to a stone - it all depends on the amount of effort you have put into the plan. Remember, you reap what you sow - if you stick to the plan, the weight will come off!
